will do the following
- Obtain
a nota simple to check ownership and any mortgage
or
debt secured on the property.
- Draw
up the contracts for the deposit stage (known as
private
contracts)
- Check
that all taxes have been paid on the property.
These are the IBI tax, PLUS VALIA and the community fees.
- Also
they will transfer the utility bills and ensure that
the current owner pays their part.
- Be
at the notary to guide you through the paper work
on completion.
- Obtain
a NIE number from the tax authorities.
- Advise
you on the annual taxes.
- They
may offer other services too that help you with
your tax position in the UK.
